Pocket Aces Pictures Private Limited (“We”) have built the Loco application (“Loco”, “Service”) as a
free-to-use application which is provided to users (“ You”) at no cost and is intended for use as is.

and disclosure of personal information of anyone using our Service (“Personal Information”).
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance
with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use, which are
accessible at the Loco application and website, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

(e) usage data/ information, including but not limited to your usage of Loco and/ or any of its

identify you. Such aggregated data may be generated from your Personal Information but does not
amount to Personal Information as this data does not reveal your identity, directly or indirectly. For
example, we may aggregate your usage data statistics to calculate the percentage of users accessing a
specific function.

We may use various methods to collect Personal Information from and about you, including but not
limited to:
(a) directly collecting data from you;
(b) by, via, through any third-party(ies) who may be appointed by Loco; and/ or
(c) collecting data/ information provided by you for searching any queries or filling in any
forms for registration, uploading any content, reporting an issue or availing of any products
and services offered by Loco.

We shall only use your Personal Information in accordance with the applicable laws, usually under
one of the following circumstances:
(a) For providing (i) the Service; (ii) customer management; (iii) functionality; and/ or (iv)
security, as may be necessary to perform the services provided to you under our Terms of
Use and any other contract that you may have with us;

User Contributions
We may provide services where you can upload content (e.g., pictures, videos, audio files, etc.), and
post comments or reviews of the content found on Loco. Such postings shall be governed by our
Terms of Use. Any Personal Information you may submit, display, or publish in public areas of Loco
shall be publicly available and may be read, collected, used, and disclosed by others. We cannot
control who reads your posting or what other users may do with the information you may voluntarily
post, so we encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to your Personal
Information.
Log Data
Whenever you use our Service, we collect data and information (through third party products) on
your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet
Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when
utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
